Nous sommes très heureux d'accueillir beaucoup de nouveaux adhérents au studio et espérons que vous aussi vous vous sentez chez vous chez nous.

Nous avons essayé de pousser les murs .... mais ce n'est pas possible, nous avons donc ajouté 13 cours collectifs  pour cette rentrée dynamique !

 

7 nouveaux cours de yoga,  inclus les matins et même à 7:30 les jeudis à la new-yorkaise .

Pour les nouveaux Pilateurs et Pilateuses des cours sur appareils et tapis supplémentaires les lundis à 16h et jeudis à 20h ( réformer I ).

Et pour nos Gyrophyles nous proposons des cours collectifs de Gyrotonic plusieurs fois par jour maintenant .

 

Et toujours des ateliers pour Professionnels et amateurs pour approfondir les bases et découvrir des nouveautés, voir ci-dessous.

A SHORT BIOGRAPHY

Life can be a profound act of devotion, but before we can serve others we must first nourish ourselves. 

It was this realization that attracted Angela to Yoga and Ayurveda and it is the foundation of her commitment to a life of learning and living well. A student of yoga and alternative therapies for more than 20 years, Angela has studied Yoga and Ayurveda in both North America and India. 

As an instructor, she creates an environment that fosters self-inquiry, assisting students in recognizing their unique strengths and challenges; using asana practice as a forum for ever-deepening self-awareness. With a focus on mindfulness, she encourages students to find tensegrity through the postures, appreciating yoga as an essential tool in reestablishing and maintaining mind-body balance. 

Angela attended Gujarat Ayurved University in India and has also studied Ayurveda with her cherished teacher ~ Dr. Vasant Lad ~ in both Pune, India and at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM. 

Angela teaches Yoga Alliance-approved Ayur-Yoga & Ayurveda Trainings (65-hour) as well as 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings all over the world. She offers public and private classes in Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Restorative, Prenatal and Ayur-Yoga at studios, community centres and schools in Vancouver. She shares her passion for Ayurveda with others through group workshops and one-on-one consultations, locally and globally.
